Be-Free Trained trainers who work with teenagers ages 12 to 16 years old, on how to use the leadership training guide "Yes... I can", that Be-Free has developed in partnership Women in Learning Partnership (WLP). This training was conducted in Jordan in coordination with Sisterhood Is Global Institute
, and the participants came from Palestine and from different areas of Jordan. The training focused on how to deal with this age group in the current challenging era of fast technology development, and how to introduce leadership concepts that encourage teenagers to bring positive change in their personal lives, and have a role in their community, concentrating on partnership leadership instead of the usual hierarchical leadership concepts.
50 teenagers were trained on the workshops of "Yes... I Can". The teenagers were happy with the workshops and gave positive feedback. They also asked for more of these kinds of workshops, that touches their daily lives and help them in making better decisions. This feedback resembles the feedback that Be-Free has received when it did these workshops to more than 400 teenagers in Bahrain.
Be-Free Center is working with WLP to spread these leadership concepts through the training guide "Yes...I Can" to many teens in different countries.
