Be-Free Trained more than 1400 child, during 2010, on the Essential Protection Skills, and the different Basic Life Skills, through mini-workshops, that lasts for 15 minutes only. Through these mini-workshops one concept is introduced to a small group of children, using different tools such as puppets, games, and models.
The children are also given some time after the workshop to reflect on what they have learned, using clay, paining, and other materials.
Be-Free introduced the mini-workshops few years back, to reach different sectors of the community, and empower children in a simple and effective way. These mini-workshops are conducted in Arabic/English, and in public places such as shopping malls, health centers, books exhibitions, and social centers. Children and parents enjoy attending these mini-workshops. Be-Free conducted these workshops in Bahrain, and other countries, such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Tunisia.
