“I am Strong, Smart, and Safe Child” in Braille receives high interest

The book "I am Strong, Smart, and Safe Child" in Braille, which contains the essential protection skills, has received high interest from organizations working with children with visual impairment. Different organization in the Arab World has asked for copies of this book, especially with the scarcity of materials available for children and adolescents with visual impairment, in Braille.

This book in Braille is one of the products of "I am Strong, Smart, and Safe... Despite my Disability" Program, which focuses on protecting children and adolescents with disability from abuse.

Other product of this program, is a series of training guides for trainers, for visual impairment, mild mental disability, speech impairment, and motor disability. These guides provide interactive exercises and activities about protection skills, and raises the self-esteem of disabled children and adolescences, and their ability to give to their community. This series was produced after a long study, by Be-Free Center, on the important protection skills for each type of disability.
