Esmat Hammad, member of Be-Free Program participated in the workshop titled “Cognitive Educational Matrix of Knowledge Family Initiative”, at the invitation of His Highness Prince Faisal Bin Abdullah Al Saud the president of the permanent steering committee of Al-Aghar Group.
The workshop aims at discussing and developing the main projects in the “Knowledge Family” Initiative that was launched by Al-Aghar Group in January 2015. The initiative aims at supporting the transformation of Saudi Arabia into a knowledge society, starting with the importance of the family in the upbringing of a new generation led by the culture of knowledge and learning.
Be-Free Program was invited to participate at the workshop to share its experience in this area. The program has gained experience over the past thirteen years in aspects related to the protection of children and adolescents from abuse and neglect, working to promote the humanistic values in the family, and shaping the personalities of children to be effective citizens in the community.
Moreover, Be-Free presented one of its short films, “Love”, that was developed for the family, which impressed the participants, and is a sample of the awareness work that Be-Free does. Participation in the workshop stems from Be-Free Program belief that any work it does or experience it accumulates is open for everyone to use, and it is part of its participation in the development of the community.
