Asia-Pacific Human Rights Information Center published an article about Be-Free program, its’ projects, publications, and activities in their Annual Publication on Human Rights Education in Asia-Pacific - volume seven (2017). The article covered how Be-Free Program utilized child rights to help in protecting children from abuse, build their personalities, and have a positive and effective role in their community.
Asia-Pacific Human Rights Information Center was inaugurated on 17 December 1994, and one of its objectives is to support international exchange between Osaka and countries in Asia-Pacific through collection and dissemination of information and materials on human rights.
