Some of these skills are: identifying the names of different feelings, the feelings that helps in protecting them, the feelings that motivates them, and the feelings that make them feel happy.

Other skills included saying the truth in the "I love saying the truth" workshop that encourage children to tell the truth even in the difficult situations, and "I Listen then I speak" workshop, where children learn the skill of listening to others, and then speaking.

These workshops have been conducted in a fun and innovative ways using puppet theatre, painting and handicrafts, cooking and games. The children parents were pleased with the benefits that their children got from the summer program, and when the children were asked about their opinion in Be-Free summer program one of the children wrote: "I love Be-Free. There I learn painting and how to deal with people".
